About
I am currently employed as a full-time researcher at DMIS, where I have the privilege of working under the guidance of Professor Jaewoo Kang at Korea University. Prior to this, I obtained my BEng degree from Vietnam National University, Hanoi. I also successfully completed my M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering at Gachon University, under the supervision of Professor Sangwoong Lee.
The majority of my individual research involves the integration of data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and formal reasoning in order to accelerate bio/medical science in the service of people. In particular, below are some keywords of my recent interests:- Large Multimodal Models (LMMs)

- [Aug(23). 2024] I received my PhD degree from the CSE department, at Korea University!
- [May(23). 2024] I have successfully defended my dissertation entitled "Multimodal Deep Learning Approaches for Compound-Protein Interaction Prediction Tasks in Drug Discovery."!
- [Feb. 2024] I received a BK21 Graduate Innovation Project Scholarship(the sole candidate in the CSE department for the GAG-KU track for international students.)!
- [Dec. 2023] MulinforCPI paper was accepted to Briefings in Bioinformatics journal!
- [Nov. 2023] I had an invited talk at Mogam Institue for Biomedical Research about PerceiverCPI!
